1. Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Yes! We offer personalized shirts for for names, events, and businesses. Many of our items include an option to add custom text. For special or bulk orders, feel free to reach out through our Contact page or Custom/Bulk order form.
2. How long does shipping takes?
All items are made to order. Processing usually takes 2-5 business days, and shipping cam take 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. What's the difference between a bulk order and a custom order?
A bulk order is when you're purchasing 10 or more of the same product. This is great for events, teams, family reunions, birthday celebrations, or businesses.
A custom order is any product that's personalized for you, whether it's a single item with a custom name, quote, or design, or a full design created from scratch. You can place a custom order for just one item or several (no more than 10).
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible after purchase. If you need help, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to assist.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll gladly fix it for you. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
6. What if I receive the wrong item or there's a defect?
If there's an issue with your order. please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
6. What sizes do your shirts run in?
Our apparel typically runs true to size unless noted otherwise. Each product includes a size chart. If you between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.
